SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Fees

Guilde des Orfèvres, Ltd. offers UPS or Fedex Ground free shipping for all online orders of $250 or more delivered within the continental USA. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss/theft of your item, as well as the cost of transportation.

We charge a fee $22 for orders less than $250. his includes insurance to cover the potential loss/theft of your item, as well as the cost of transportation.

Guilde des Orfèvres, Ltd. offers FedEx Priority Overnight® shipping or any other other delivery for an additional charge of $65. For any other shipping method. Please contact us. To arrange for shipping requirement.

We charge a fee for international shipping, which varies based on the shipping destination. Additionally, international customers may be responsible for paying taxes and/or duties upon pickup. Please contact us to arrange an international delivery.

Shipping Details

Your order delivery method is determined according to the total value of your order before tax. Whether you receive free UPS or FedEx shipping is listed on your order checkout page.

FedEx® and UPS requires a signature for all deliveries of $250 or more from Guilde des Orfèvres, Ltd. This requirement is for your protection. Please do your best to ensure that the recipient of the delivery will be at home to receive the package.

If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In this case, FedEx® will require a signature for each package delivered with items totaling $250 or more.

We can only deliver to a street address, not a P.O. box.

When Are Packages Shipped?

We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible- ideally, on the week the item is purchased (assuming immediate, in-stock availability); however, there are a number of circumstances (including out-of-stock, sold out, status) that will necessitate to refund or credit for the value.

We will do everything that we can to meet any delivery requirements that you may have. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests or questions.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a store credit only, as refund is not available.

You can return the item for up to 15-days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer expense. Only defect item will be replaced free of charge and free delivery.

All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only products that are available for immediate purchase, occasionally we may have a product that is for sale on the website that is unavailable or sold out. Then a Credit Note or a refund will be issued
